Vacation Packages - Contact me for package customization and accommodation details. Most excursions can be customized and will allow for unforeseeable acts of nature. Some excursion fees will be non-refundable and noted as such, prior to rendering payment. After initial discussion and prior to committing to itinerary plans being emailed and confirmed, a non-refundable fee of $150 will be applicable for itinerary planning purposes and later attributed to the final cost of trip. Pricing weighs heavily on the specific itinerary needs. Permits and licenses are applicable to only your person and required, on some excursions, ie: fishing/hunting license(s). Dependent upon your package, a required 3 night minimum rate at $2,500-$5,000 per person/per day is a good rule of thumb for an all inclusive trip to include sleeping accommodations, food, ground transportation and all of your budgeted excursions.
While packages can be customized, please note such customization and adventures are sometimes at the mercy of force majeure. Where this is applicable, other accommodations can be made to keep in line with your vacation needs.

Pieces are fully customizable and details as to timeline, pricing and availability will be discussed prior to beginning. COVID-19 CANCELLATION ADDENDUM:
To protect the safety and health of your group, other area visitors, and our staff, I have devised the following policy without leniency. Due to the ongoing health issues related to COVID-19, your trip bookings/details are contingent upon you and your group members arriving healthy, without ANY symptoms of COVID-19 as outlined by the CDC and local health departments AND you demonstrating compliance with all affiliate outfitters and their protective procedures as outlined prior to arrival. If your host, guide or outfitter feels you, or members of your group have COVID-19 symptoms OR that you represent a compliance risk with social distancing, sanitizing practices, or personal protection protocols, they reserve the right to cancel the trip or refuse service on the spot. Full refunds will be processed within 30 days of said cancellation.
